Voluntary policy

For all paid products sold on wpsupporting.com (e.g., Pro licenses, bundles, digital downloads), we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee counted from the purchase date.

If you request a refund within 30 days and your request meets the conditions in this policy, we will refund the full amount paid.

This guarantee is an additional benefit and does not limit your statutory EU/Bulgarian consumer rights.

Statutory EU/Bulgarian Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

Legal framework

If you are an EU consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

Important for digital products:
Under EU rules, the right of withdrawal for digital content can end once you start downloading/using it, if you explicitly consent to immediate delivery.

Even when the statutory 14-day right does not apply, our 30-day money-back guarantee may still cover you (see Section 1 and 3).

When refunds are approved

Eligible cases

We approve refunds in these cases:

  • The product does not work as described and our support cannot resolve it.
  • Critical bugs or incompatibility with a standard WordPress/WooCommerce setup.
  • Duplicate purchase of the same product.
  • You changed your mind and request a refund within 30 days.

We may ask for basic details (site URL, screenshots, logs) so we can troubleshoot first.

When refunds are not approved

Exceptions

Refunds are not granted in these situations:

  • Requests made after 30 days from purchase.
  • Issues caused by custom code, unsupported themes/plugins, or server misconfiguration we did not provide.
  • You refuse to provide minimal information needed to verify the problem.
  • Abuse (repeated refunds, fraud, chargeback abuse).
  • Custom development or one-off services that have already been fully delivered and accepted in writing (unless defective).
