- Upload, distribute, or host malware, phishing pages, spam, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts
3.2 License abuse
- Share, resell, or distribute license keys to others outside your plan limits
- Use a Personal/single-site license on multiple unrelated client sites
- Attempt to bypass license checks, activation limits, or renewal logic
3.3 Reverse engineering & piracy
- Decompile, modify, or obfuscate our Pro licensing code to remove restrictions
- Redistribute Pro versions or “nulled” copies
- Repackage or sell our plugins under another name
3.4 Service disruption
- Run automated scripts/bots that overload our servers (brute force, scraping, DDoS-like behavior)
- Probe, scan, or test our infrastructure without permission
- Abuse support channels with spam, threats, or repetitive bad-faith requests
3.5 Misrepresentation
- Pretend to be WPSupporting.com, our staff, or our partners
- Use our branding/logos to mislead customers without written permission
Enforcement and consequences
What we may doIf we detect abuse, we may, without prior notice:
- Suspend or terminate your account
- Revoke or block a license key
- Limit access to downloads, updates, or API endpoints
- Refuse support for abusive users
- Report illegal activity to relevant authorities where required
We decide enforcement based on severity, frequency, and risk to our users and infrastructure.
Security reports
Responsible disclosureIf you discover a security vulnerability, email support@wpsupporting.com with subject:
“Security Report – [Product Name]”
Do not publish the issue publicly until we confirm and patch it. This helps protect all users.
